That's a good question. I think this is a Beta Tester server, thats why there is a R2 version.

No, that's not a beta testing server, it's just a server which uses the YSF Plugin for 0.3x and modified the server rules, for example, look at "worldtime", "worldtime" can be only "00-23:00-59" (ex.: "12:00").

Aw, I didn't knew that. Anyway, they are using YSF (or other method) for version, new SA:MP versions are tested usually on LSRP or NGRP, not on NSG. Anyway, the idea is that it isn't actually 0.3x R2.

EDIT: Umm, or, it could be, I looked on their forums and I see that the SA:MP beta tester "D0erfler" is an administrator.

there are 4 servers with 0.3x-R2 (Everystuff, PartyServer v5, littlewhitey's and NSG)
As I know, in 0.3x-R2 fixed some crash exploit. Waiting for public version...
