I am having a problem starting Samp up. When i connect to a server, my screen will flash white and black. GTA SA will start up and i need to chose a Load Game. After i chose one, the screen will start flashing white and black again and it crashes.

u dont should to open load file just let the server open my itself

this happens when u have an incompatible d3d9 file in gtasa root directory...or maybe ur samp.dll is missing thats why it brings u the load game/new game screen....
maybe post a screenshot?
