So since a month i own a server, hosted at JJservers. We found that noone was connecting except people who got the IP from us. After a little research we found out the server is not in the samp internet list.
Yes, announce 1 but still not visible.

Is there anything else that can cause this to happen ?

You should contact your host about that, if they can't help. Something I noticed on some controlpanels, the values you write may not save sometimes. So go to your FTP client and edit server.cfg from there, remove announce 1 and save, then write announce 1 to the end of your server cfg, restart the server and keep it online as much as you can. Wait for a few hours, it should get fixed.
