I think you have modded gta
Re-install gta and then start map-editor
Or if you know which file is damage then search on ****** for that file

I have a few mods but before my editor worked and I never had problems...

have a look on the task manger and see if anything to do with gta sa running if so close it..

ALT + CTRL + DELETE

werid have you try restarting your computer or laptop?

Tried to restart my PC a few times but nothing still the same problem
