So I try to edit it, good, I edit it. Save it, and then compile. I try to change the log in screen, which is what I edited. And when I connect, it still says the old thing what it said before on the log in screen. I'm for SURE I'm editing the right thing.

Launch the server and check the CMD Console for errors usually an outdated include or plugin can cause a problem on your filter script without showing any errors when you compile but you can spot them by checking if the server launch console runs smoothly and loads all the filterscripts without errors

Are you sure you are not saving the file in a different folder?
