The bugs are:

SSCANF is old , Get the latest one and make sure you are using .so not .dll.
Make sure that your gamemode.amx is present in the gamemodes folder.
FILTERSCRIPT FAILED due to error, Don't know whats that !

You have a plugin missing, or you can try updating all includes in script and update all plugins, then re-compile script, open the samp-server.exe, I hope it helped.
