Help please?
I though the problem from the windows, as It's working fine on my pc - Today I've bought new vps and tried to start the server, but again it didn't work for the same error.

Small note: It's new vps, just bought it.

Help me please.

No. File with extension .so must be on Linux, not on Windows. Make sure the plugins are .dll in the plugins directory and don't forget to add them to the server.cfg

I did everything, also check the logs - everything is working fine.

+ I've recompiled it on the vps.

Not sure though, but when I ran a VPS on Linux I had to change the permission to the plugins directory. I'm not sure if that goes for Windows too.
