The script: I'm using Raven's RP GameMode
Description about the problem: I have deleted old Raven's ownership and put Ivex's CoS and now when I want to /savecar all car mods without any mod it says all vehicle mods were saved,but when i create any mod and type that,then nothing happens

Nothing happens? do you mean the client message is not even sent? try leaving traces in this system to see the bugged part (printf after every 2 functions or so, if it doesn't print, it's bugged somehow)
