My ping is only 72 but i still lagggggg

IT has something to do with your internet not SA-MP servers or anything try downlaoding CCleaner then run it and if that doesen't work just reply i have some few spare ideas !

But my internet Must be great because my brother dosent have these problems and we use the same internet

Your PC specs are likely to be outright terrible if it's not your internet connection
Fortunately, it is. Because that is no FPS lag. And unless its coming from the server, which may very well be, but you said you tested on multiple servers, I am going to downright assume its just your internet.

Here are some of my recommendations:
A.) Re-install Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
B.) Re-install San Andreas Multiplayer.
C.) Remove ALL of your modifications (recommended).
D.) Turn all of your settings on low (recommended).

You might want to try getting a new computer in this case. Some computers work better then others, but before you buy one check out the graphics card, storage details, windows; you know the stuff that makes a computer run better.
