When i try to register a channel by using : /cs register #channelname pass description

it says You have attempted to register a nonexistent channel #channelname

any one know ?!

You have to join the channel first. If you are using the irc.tl network then feel free to join #help to ask these kinds of questions.

and once u join a new channel which is never registered and no one is present you will be auto OPped this allow u to register channel and become owner of channel using that channel ( on irc.tl )
