Do you have any firewall application that might block these ports?
And make sure your IP is static and not dynamic.

It is also required to have a service running on those ports in order for canyouseeme.org to connect.

Well sadly with windows vista,7 and 8 they have remove the hosting Function on The Pcs and the internet Providers as also Disable hosting servers thur there end! how I know this? I was trying to host my Rp server on my computer but sadly after port forwarding on my firewall , Router , and internet Box/mod I didn't get it to work! so I call Verizon about it and they said it would cost me 35.00 to Able the Hosting settings on there end, Cable charge $50.00 for the hosting setting on the line!....
