Had you of searched before posting you would of found that people who request a +rep get a lot of -rep. I already see it decreasing and you only have yourself to blame. The reputation system is here to weed out people from registering and making a few stupid posts just so they can post a server advertisement. If you don't give to the community, it won't give to you.
