Open up: scriptfiles > users: Delete everything in this folder
Or if you have a admin system: scriptfiles > ( your admin folder ) > users

If you are using a MySQL database then just reset it or change the database access information if you want the script to enter a new database but you need to make sure you putted your dump in there.
Otherwise, if you are using a more generic system that saves files inside your <serverfolder>/scriptfiles for example y_ini and sscanf2 you just need to simply delete what's inside all of the folders that are inside of it for example if there's a few files inside a folder delete them all...

If you are using a MySQL database, download wampserver and open Datebase with this, and go to "Admins" and delete all.
