u can fix that without adding bots , if you need more help then explain about the problem

Verify at OnPlayerDeath if the time between kills is lower than 300-500ms and if the distance between players is too bigger

I don't see how adding a bot can stop fake-kills. There are several methods to prevent those attacks, search around a bit.
