First of all Norton - bleugh
2nd of all if its picking up anything you need to remove it as it means you have a virus/malware (Unless you have illegal games/cracks/hacks as these will show up as viruses, Not that i condone having illegal games/cracks/hacks)

If your getting strange clicking sounds when only watching films try a different media player such as VLC

Depends, could be some adware running in the background. Try VLC.
