i have only one problem ! that when i start Everything Work Good ! then i Try to Add My Server to Fav it's Not Respond ! ? what may i do ??

Like some others have said.. You really need to search ****** and the sa-mp wiki to find it out yourself.
The best way of learning is by doing it yourself step by step. I suggest you start with a blank gamemode search around the sa-mp forums and wiki sa-mp to get some examples.. Also read how and why functions are being used.. And.. Start small to begin with.. I'm scripting for a few years now and it just takes time to become a decent scripter.. But downloading a gamemode and edititng it.. There is no joy in that, if that's you plan you might aswell join someone elses server.. If you got questions let me know.
