how can i remove a Pay'N'Spray garages

second:
can anyone give me any Temporary ban system?

1. Try sa-mp map editor. If you're lazy like me. Use MTA to block the entrance. SA-MP map editor may get rid of the pay n spray, but leave a hole in the ground.

2. Look, there may be a FS somewhere that contains one.
