If you are meaning in-game, you have to PM owner or any admin who can change your password.

From reading other threads I got the impression you cannot, however I may be mistaken! Maybe email someone on the GameMP service? Or ****** it :P

You can request to change your password, that Game-MP's manager sets for you. They are inactive, so I'm not sure, does they even answer for you. You can try to.
