use MTA for interiors = Can't BE !!

it got GTA SA objects + SA:MP objects so yea .. this is best way to create interiors

I know it is the best map editor,but unfortunately,My graphics card doesn't support this editor.
My pc specs:
nvidia 8400GS
3.4 GGhz processor
2gb ram

but it still doesn't support this editor.I feel myself very unlucky.Have you got any idea how to run it?
