That's pretty good man, If I still had my RP server up I would use the dealership as for the house I think someone already owned it so I couldn't give them a custom house exterior for free :P AHAHA

Your car dealership reminds me a lot of a car show. Looks quite nice. And the house mapping just goes really well. Nice job. I give it 9/10.
