Hello there I cant advertise a samp server please help me it wont let me create a new thread in the server advertisements section.

If you'd use your eyes, you'd see a stickied topic stating you need 5 reputation points to post an advert.

You need 5 reputation to create an server advertisement. In this moment you got -2 reputations, so you need basically 7 reputations to reach that amount. I suggest you to not ask for it as people will give you a -1 and not a +1, but anyway, you chose what to do.
