SetPlayerAttachedObject won't stream in high altitudes

When using SetPlayerAttachedObject in high altitudes, the model won't stream before the player gets near the ground.
This problem won't occur once the model has been streamed 1 time.

How-to:
1. Go to a high place and fix a turtle/shark or whatever to your spine.
2. Shark/turtle or whatever, won't stream until you get near the ground.
3. RemovePlayerAttachedObject.

4. Go to a high place and fix the same model to your spine again.
5. Model streams fine now.
