I recently bought grand theft auto san andreas on steam and at first I had trouble installing sa-mp after I had that done and tried to launch into a server I always get the error gta_sa.exe at least requires version 9.0 of directX

I have already tried:
-Restart
-Reinstalling DirectX
-(Btw I cannot delete d3d9 as I dont have it)
-(I have gotten d3d9 from sys32 and places in gtasa still no luck)
-Delete gta_set

Try to download Directx 9.0 from the internet, maybe with gta sa in the tags
