Is there a script for a command that allows you to find multi-accounters by tracking their IP and matching it to other aliases? If yes, would anyone be willing to give it?

Thats a pure account system thing. People wont be online with multiple accounts at the same time, as thats complicated and quite useless. So only different people from the same house would be detected, which arent the guys youre looking for.
So you need to check the ips (on registration/last login) from your user data. So there cant be a universal command for that, unless youre account system already offers that.

I mean if someone logs in as Account 1 and relogs with Account 2, their IP can be tracked and their known alias (Account 1) will be shown

If I remember correctly, LUX Admin had a feature like that. You could go open that .pwn file and check it out!
