Well,i used to have a portforwarded SAMP server,and TS3 server,but then my internet restarted,and when i tried to check my server,it didn't work,so i went to check the "open port checker" and it said that it's closed,so i went to port forwarding area,and opened the port again,and still it doesn't work,what should i do?

Go on 192.168.1.1 to port foward.

Are you using Windows?
If yes, Did you portforward it in your Windows firewall?

I portforwarded it on windos yes
@ajam: it was working i had 10 player in my server,

Your local IP might have changed. Make sure it's updated in the port forwarding.
