ID 0 can't be affected by anything (being tazed by a tazer gun) or use any command (/gate for example will lower a gate). Can you please help me out? 
ID 0 is not a proper player.

It's updated. Maybe something has been wrongly scripted?
Or maybe I haven't written the problem properly, ID 0 can be affected by GivePlayerWeapon(s) and every function operates on playerid. However, he can't be affected from third-party causes such as being tazed and MoveObject such as /gate.

These are the plugins I use:
