How do I set up a GTA SA directory on my laptop? I want to play this game but can't get it downloaded because I can't find my directory.

Open SA-MP client, click on Tools > Settings and list the GTA: SA directory. The default installation location is C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\, unless you selected different location when installing the game.
