Hi,
I would like to know how I can implement a custom handling.cfg.
I have full access to the server and all clients (LAN).

The handling.cfg is one the files that is blocked by samp. Change it as you like, it wont change anything in samp, not for the server and not for any client.

Hmm I should have mentioned that I meant only SA-MP (but it follows from talking about Server and Client).
With a hacked client changing handling works. The problem is that with this client you can cheat much more. Maybe there is a client which only allows handling change and not more cheats ?
