Isn't /flare working for you? And yes there is only one command. Maybe there is more, but the script developer should post it.

There is only the command /testfirework (wich will spawn a firework on you) for show you how to use the StartFireWork(x,y,z); function, however tomorrow i will improve it

So Looting you test around the script by tomorrow, "possibly" there will be new commands to test out.
