i got banned in this 3e server(37.122.210.107:777).i asked a admin to unban me and he said i never got ban.so i was thinking that it was a bug.how do i fix this

Try to reconnect, thats an ages old bug.

most likely he should have samp.ban and find your IP - name and remove it & /rcon reloadbans. (Or you probably been range banned - your zone)
