The plugin of "libmysqlclient" failed to load. Ensure that you have the latest version of it.

As far as I know in Windows, libmysql.dll should be located in the main folder. On the BlueG's thread, it has libmysqlclient.so.15 and I think you should also add that file to the main folder, because it's not a pugin to load. Remove it from the plugins line and keep only mysql.so

Open your server.cfg and rename the "gamemodes" part from "bs" to exactly what it is in your gamemodes folder.

Recomplie your GM with the lastest plugins and includs, i think the problem come from the streamer plugin!
You must have the same version.
I mean the plugin that you complie with it and the plugin that you have in your host ^^
