Here is it MAdmin v1.1

Commands

1. /jail
2. /unjail
3. /ban
4. /unban
5. /kick
6. /setmoney
7. /setscore
8. /explode
9. /asay
10. /explodeall
11. /warn
12. /duty [For all levels]
13. /spec
14. /specoff

Set VIP/Set Admin

1. /setlevel
2. /setvip

Player commands:
/register [password]
/login [password]
/admins
/vips
/stats [id] or /stats only to view your stats
/report [id] [reason]
/setcolor [color] (not all colours is there! but you can add more)

Admin Levels:

1. 1. Tester
2. 2. Co-Mod
3. 3. Mod
4. 4. Admin
5. 5. Leader
6. 6. Manager

VIP Levels:

1. 1.Free
2. 2.Bronze 2
3. 3.Silver 1
4. 4.Silver 2
5. 5.Gold
6. 6.Premium
