Every user who joins the server does not have the abillity to type unless they are an admin.

They can use T to write the message, but when they press ENTER, the text dissappears, and it doesn't show in the dialogue.

Do you use LuxAdmin? There is a bug that can occur with LuxAdmin that does not allow players to chat sometimes.
