i have seen people giving +2 reps or +4 reps at the same time how is it possible when i try to give them it says

When you have 500 posts,you can give 2 reputation once,when you have joined forum since a year,you can give 2 reputation once,anyway just increase your posts and wait until you be one year on forum,also there is a thread as I remember I think that explains what I said.
