I need to reinstall SA but dont know if it will mess with my SAMP. My SAMP is in my regular GTA SA folder so will it delete all my stats on this server? And is there some kind of backup i can do of my account on this server? Thanks

No, your stats are most likely stored on the server.

Note that you should delete your entire SA folder after an uninstall and before re-installing. This prevents modded files from being retained.
Simply re-install sa-mp afterwards. As linotheflesh said it wont effect any server stats or accounts you have.
