I am working on the /register but it has to work with XAMPP. I am following an tutorial

But i dont know what he means with 'find your server folder then in there click the file database.sql'

Can anybody help me with this?!

You need to host your MySQL server, and add the database to the server, then, import the .sql file that the tutorial gives you.
