This guy started a petition about releasing GTA V for PC. Rockstar Games might not publish the game for PC. (One of Rockstar's co-founders was quoted as saying that there would be a PC release if a large enough market existed). Just sign a petition. It doesn't take hours. Just 1 or 2 minutes literally.
