Every time i press on the green button to start samp(the game i mean) this appears(Picture) but gta san andreas SP works? is there any way to fix it? Please help me

Create a new user in control panel as administrator and then just transfer dekstop files to the new user from your current (this one). Thats the only way to fix it.
