announce 0
Then add the following line :
announce 1
Then you can see your server on Internet Tab

It does not.
It's one line code. When sa-mp server starts up. sends the IP to master server and after a ping check it's added onto list. The client read the list and if server is responding (still alive) you can see it on the Internet Tab.
Although sa-mp devs might set a time limit of minutes and double check for server status but surly it will NOT take more than 1 hour !!!
,i wanna it as on internet,i went to my cousin house i don't see my sever i typed in Trucking Don't show up my sever,ppl can join,but i don't see my sever on 
on sa-mp 0.3e.i really wanna it on internet.
