Can someone please tell me how to fix this ''MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer'' ?

Is this script related? Simply download the dll file and place it in the directory of the program that prompts for it.

Whenever i run sampserver.exe i got this problem also If i downloaded and put files there another errors comes up.

Last time i fixed this but i used a setup from microsoft but i didnt remember.
