Every time my ping in a samp server varies from 160 to 500 during some time interval(hours) ? how can there be such a high variation ? though speed remains same.

virus ? programs running .. ? may be packetloss
or wifi problems also

i faced thsi due to i had slow windowZ which happend CUZ OF VIRUS :P ping used to bevery unstable

Yep probably a horrible wifi connection, or just a bad internet provider. Try lan cable connection and call your provider if the ping still sucks then.

Either you are living in a 3rd world country, or your internet sucks. It could just be a rainy day and the phone lines are blowing around...

I have a Internet via Wires not wireless but i have a wireless and its ping is constant only 50 ms variation

Who the heck still uses internet over phone lines? That doesn't make much sense.

If your ping improves when using wifi your cable might be broken, however I would first take a look at your PC's network adapter.
