Okay I posted this in SA-MP General, but now stuff is turning different, and I was wondering if I can get him reported for this

I can't tell if it's real or fake but in my case he had a lawyer well it should be fake or real.Well you should meet him with your lawyer so you can talk about it if it's gone too far you can report him to the authority for Copyright Infrigment

Did some more investigating on this, and he said Canadian Gaming, but Canadian Gaming copyright belongs to these awesome people

www.canadiangaming.ca and they have nothing related to SA-MP... so is it possible I can report him for impersonation

It's possible that you can report him for impersonation as long as you have evidence.With evidence you have a strong chance to win the case and I'm already investigating it.But Hashish have a copy-right and I think he had a evidence that you are copy infrigment'ing.Well Copy-Right will be created when the founder/creator of the server is creating once the name was created,the name will now automatically have a Copyright protection.As I saw the picture he had a license and a lawyer if this goes on the court you have no chance to win it unless if you have proof of it and a lawyer.You really need a lawyer in this kind of situation.

So overall he does have a legit license? Why doesn't he friggen send me a message with the picture =,=... If he sent that, then i'll change the name and we can go back with our lifes and to be honest. I had Canada Roleplay as a name way befoer him I'm sure... but if he just sent me legit Image and black out his personal details then I'll change it...

I have to agree with you, why would someone sue me over a fucking server name? And why would the court give a shit?

Then your the first one to have the Copy-Right and you have the rights to report that guy in the court and sue him.Well if I were you I would ignore him and start playing my server if he DoS I would report him to the CyberCrime authority.

My questino is, do you know when he had the name Canadian gaming and stuff? Because I can probably show him that I had this server name WAY before him
