Hi,
When i try and put a plugin into the plugins folders using the KingJ web,
It says Connection Interupted
Or .DLL file cannot be uploaded,
I've tryed using ****** chrome and IE
And i've run out of ideas.
can anyone assist me

Why don't you use FileZilla? It's easy.

It's highly recommended to use FTP client such as FileZilla, or SmartFTP. They are working faster than web FTP's. Fill up your CPanel user details to FTP client and click connect. If your details are right, all folders and files should be listed and you are ready to upload your files from your computer.
