Have you tried Getting some Filterscripts? Or Maybe Ask a scripter to Help you, Your VW Might be bugged, Find some filterscripts, add it restart server and then try again bro, Should work

Or Maybe Dont use Linux And a Windows GameMode.. Use One procesor and You wont have no problems Sir

Can you post server.cfg?
When you use Linux you need to change the extention of plugin. Ex. streamer => streamer.so

Yes Use These following Plugins:
Streamer.so
Audio.so
sscanf.so

And hopefully then It will work
