The script hasn't been released, it has been leaked a few times. I'd strongly advise you use another script - you don't have permission to use it, and it's really not worth using.

Don't try to ask so, no one will help you or give you one.
Download a gamemode from the gamemodes section and start there, or you can script your own server (If you are good in it) If you cant, hire a good scripter that is trustable, and i strongly recommend you to pay... cuz no one will script for free. If they script for free or edit scripts, they are just stoling it... so be carefull
