In my country it is not based on bandwidth you pay 40 Us Dollars, and get 1 month of subscription.

No bandwidth in Germany. We have flatrates these days. If you however mean speed, then for 20 bucks you can get different speeds depending on the company. Though I'd say if you don't include phones, you can probably get 10-16MBPS

I think he means speed, indeed. Although megabits per second is written as Mbps while megabytes per second is written as MBps or MB/s. There is a huge difference between the two.

The cheapest you can buy here is Ђ24.95 (about $31.93) for: 30 Mbps down, 2.5 Mbps up and 100GB download capacity.

Quite funny how I always complain to people about mixing up MBps with Mbps(even companies make that mistake) and I just looked at my post and I put it all into capitals as well xD.

Hmm, if you pay something like 30Ђ in The Netherlands, you will get 60Mb/s down and 6Mb/s up.
And about the bandwith: Every provider has unlimited bandwith in The Netherlands.

At us 6-7 euro means 100mbps, really cheap. Romania is the first country from Europe in internet speed.
