/bail command for prisoner

Let's say Player 1 is in jailed. Then player 2 wants to bail player 1, So player 2 must do /bail [1]

Player 2 must have 1 Score and above to use bail command. I mean, bailing through Score.

If Player 2 has a score of 3, then he do /bail 1 then, minus his score to 1 and his current score now should be 2.

Then player 1 should be release in Jail. I think there are some related codes with /unjail Am I right? but not exactly like I posted below.

EDIT: Anyone can use /bail except the one who are in jailed
