Threaded Mode
Server won't start.

Well, I've been trying to start up a server lately, but for some reason when I click on the .exe for the server, it starts up and then closes after a second. It seems to stop after it connects to database, I have no idea why.

If someone has an idea as to why this is happening, please reply.

Try running .exe without the "connecting to database" .
So we can know if the problem is MySql

@Kindred have native checker as the first plugin that loads whats the point to test the plugins as they load if native checker is the last one to load?

I'm not saying that StrickenKid's plugin is bad, but when using MySQL in sa-mp, you should really use BlueG's. When you enable de-bugging, everything called that has to do with MySQL is logged and can be really useful in random crashes like these.
