Why this callback in my title is not called, when I do damage to motobike? On vehicles work.

Never used this function before, but look at this from the wiki:

Looking at that, I am not sure if this is why:

There are no doors and panels. Lights are small, and the tires don't get hit very often. Could this be the reason?

But motobike tires was hited, then i go to respray, and nothing no callback call... why?
