It seems like I cannot actually advertise, yet I have the required reputation points. Is this a common bug? Or is it just me failing somehow?

Anyhow, feel free to give suggestions on how to fix it.


Edit: Works perfectly fine now, I thank the one who fixed it. ((If anyone did)) Otherwise it must've been a bug of somekind.
